Conclusion of contract By submitting your order in the online shop, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods. 4. Prices and shipping costs All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. These will be shown separately before the order is completed. 5. All goods from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights. 10. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. We are only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated. The limitation of liability does not apply to claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of injury to life, body or health. 11.
