Conclusion of contract By submitting your order in the online shop, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Prices and shipping costs All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. All goods from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights. 10. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. We are only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated. The limitation of liability does not apply to claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of injury to life, body or health. 11. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. 12. Final provisions Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
