You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer as we already offer free shipping.

Your refund will be issued once we receive and process the item. You should receive your refund within two weeks from the time you give the package to the return company. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days) as well as processing time (3 to 5 business days).

To return an item, log into your account, access the order via the "Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item" button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the return.

Shipment

We deliver to our customers directly from our showroom in Stuttgart within 1-2 working days. Delivery is free of charge with our reliable shipping partner Hermes.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you choose. The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the order page.

Please note that shipping costs are based on weight. The weight of the items can be found on the respective product detail page. To reflect the shipping policies of the shipping companies we use, the weight is rounded up to the nearest full pound.
